Delete it in the app
Deleting your account is self-service and does not require contacting us.
- iOS and Android: open Profile, then Delete Account, and confirm.
- Web portal: open Settings, scroll to the Danger zone, choose Delete account, and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, sign-in methods and push notification tokens.
- Your emergency contact.
- Your tour history: crew assignments and the messages you wrote are removed with the account, and tours you worked on will no longer show that you were there.
What is retained
- Billing records and security audit logs, for as long as the legal obligation to keep them lasts.
- Tour data that belongs to an organization — schedules, travel, documents entered by a tour manager — is controlled by that organization, not by your account, and is not deleted when your account is. Ask the organization to remove it.
The Privacy Policy is the authoritative statement of what is kept and why; if this page and the policy ever differ, the policy applies.
If you are the last owner of an organization
Deleting the last owner account affects the organization’s tours and everyone on them. Contact us first so it can be handled deliberately rather than as a side effect.
If you cannot use the app
Email privacy@crewflow.io from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm from that address before acting, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. We answer within one month.
